Just one good story

Some storytellers become lost in repertoire.
Anxious debutantes, improving improvers, jaded duchesses, all suffer from the syndrome, at times.
And while it is comforting to have a bag of stories when you hove to somewhere; you do not need all the stories of the universe in your pocket at the same time.
Try to tell one good story well.
Consider how best to tell and how best to dress it, in all its finery, for the world to see.
One story can be turned out for different ages and different places at different times, with additions and alterations.
When you have given all you can to the story; you have one story to tell for that time when you are asked if you have a story?
Your happy answer is yes.
Now, add another and you have a repertoire of two.
Add more to taste.
